Rose colored, intergrown doubly terminated quartz crystals (very different in habit from the typical rose quartz crystals) with inclusions of reddish brown hematite. I must admit I have never seen another like this one.

Quartz Var. smoky with Fluorapatite, Fluorite

Gemmy smoky quartz crystals sit on a layerof very dark purple fluorite. The crystals are sprinkled with white quartz, purple fluorites and blue apatite crystals. There are some damaged crystals that do not really affect the overall display quality of the piece. This was a one time find in the 90’s and no more have come out.

Doubly terminated quartz crystals colored grey to metalliuc black from inclusions of acicular boulangerite. The rear shows clusters of discoidal calcites. Acquired from the Mineral Kingdom (Zweibels) in 1983 approx. Hence the inacurate location on the original label.

Several well formed pseudo-octahedrons of scheelite with exceptional luster and a deep gemmy orange color sit on a matrix of clear quartz crystals. The largest scheelite is 4 cm end to end and sits near the top of the specimen. A stunning example of scheelite from Pakistan, yes Pakistan! One of the best and most aesthetic pieces I have seen from this locality!
