Very sharp, red and silvery red octahedrons of cuprite averaging 2 MM lining vugs throughout a limonite gossan matrix. Some of the vugs (there are many) show the acicular variety of cuprite known as chalcotrichite as bright red needles.

Pearly dolomite crystals have completely replaced tarnowitzite crystals (the plumbian variety of aragonite) and are dotted by hexagonal cuprite crystals and tiny yellow mimetites, (most of them at the base of the specimen).
