A specimen of acicular and blocky crystals of malachite on matrix. This a very rare and excellent example from this obscure California locale and, based on the literature. Found earlier than 1977, probably in the late 50’s. California collectors should love this one.

Doubly terminated quartz crystals colored grey to metallic black from inclusions of acicular boulangerite. The rear shows clusters of discoidal calcites. Acquired from the Mineral Kingdom (Zweibels) in 1983 approx. Hence the innacurate location on the original label.
