New diaspore from Turkey

This is actually new material from an the area has produced off and on for a long time. There is a diaspore seam in a bauxite mine that is occasionally worked by miners and generally produces ugly crystal sections that are appropriate for cutting interesting dichroic and color change gemstones. These pieces come from the largest assortment of nice gemmy twins I have ever seen. and were were chosen from about 20 pieces originally that represented two years accumulation.
